According to the leaks, the GR sports version of the Corolla is supposed to get a distinctive hatchback body similar to the bodies of the modern civic type R cars from Honda.

This car will be equipped with a large aerodynamic spoiler on the rear of the chassis to increase stability at high speeds, and on wide sports wheels in sizes 18 and 19 inches, and sports brake and suspension systems.

The cabin of this vehicle will get sports seats for 4 passengers, in addition to a sports steering wheel, and a driver interface with a 10-inch touch screen.

The engine will be a 4-cylinder, 1.6-liter, turbocharged, 272-horsepower, 8-speed automatic gearbox.
